Tonight, I voted to reauthorize and reform FISA Section 702 with even stronger protections, accountability, and transparency, balancing critical Fourth Amendment rights with the need to protect against foreign enemies and attacks. In today’s world, this is a difficult balance.

The Trump DOJ, FBI, and @JDVance’s anti-fraud task force deliver exactly what Americans voted for. Can Congress? We need to pass the SAVE America Act, fully fund DHS, and stop warrantless domestic spying if we hope to earn the trust of the American people.
