To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to allow for the designation of certain facilities as critical access hospitals under the Medicare program.

Promote the economic security and safety of survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking, and for other purposes.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to require that annual State report cards reflect the same race groups as the decennial census of population.
