This bill stops the federal government from adding or keeping special emergency tariffs on common baby safety items. It also tells the government to remove any such tariffs that are already in place. The items covered are baby carriages, strollers, baby carriers, and car seats. It also blocks the use of similar powers to add these tariffs in another way, so families aren’t charged extra through a workaround.
