Calls on Kosovo and Serbia to investigate and prosecute perpetrators, urges the U.S. Government to elevate Goodman’s case in diplomatic talks with Serbia, to monitor and report on progress, and to support anti‑gender‑based‑violence measures in Kosovo including training and rehabilitation projects.
