Requires local educational agencies to notify a child’s parent, within a reasonable time before the first IEP team meeting each school year, that the parent may include other people with knowledge or special expertise about the child (including related services personnel) on the IEP team. Also renames/relocates parts of the cited statutory paragraph to reflect the new labeling.
