Provides emergency Treasury funding so SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) continues paying benefits without interruption in fiscal year 2026 if Congress has not enacted USDA appropriations. The Treasury must transfer whatever sums are necessary to the Secretary of Agriculture to maintain payments and to pay any missed benefits for the period beginning September 30, 2025 through the date this Act is enacted; that authority continues until FY2026 USDA appropriations are enacted.
