Provides a federal disaster payment program that gives direct relief to timber harvesting and timber hauling businesses that lose at least 10% of gross revenue during a 30-day period or a quarter because of a major disaster. Payments equal 10% of the business’s gross revenue for the affected period, may be used only for operating expenses, and the Secretary of Agriculture must issue implementing regulations. The law authorizes $50 million per year for fiscal years 2025–2029 and requires reports to the congressional agriculture committees.
