Nobody Elected Elon Musk Act

Makes the special government employee who manages the Department of Government Efficiency in the Executive Office of the President personally liable for any claims against the federal government that arise from that Department’s activities. The personal liability covers a wide range of claims — including alleged violations of labor law, privacy law, national or domestic security, appropriations law, or any other statute — and applies even if another law would ordinarily protect the government or its employees.
