Official title: Of inquiry requesting the President of the United States to furnish certain information to the House of Representatives relating to the operations of the Social Security Administration after January 20, 2025, including information on the Department of Government Efficiency's access to the Social Security Administration and to information in the possession of such Administration.

Directs the President to provide the House copies of any documents or communications the White House holds that relate to specified interactions with the Social Security Administration (SSA). The House requests those materials within 14 days of adoption and lists topics including access to SSA computer systems by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) or Elon Musk and his team, visits to SSA offices, SSA compliance with named Executive Orders, call and visitor counts since January 20, 2025, and any planned 2025 office closures or staff reductions.
