Providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to Israel of certain defense articles and services.

Prohibits the proposed U.S. foreign military sale to Israel described in the Administration’s Transmittal No. 24–16. The transmittal covered an additional 10,000 M107 and/or M795 155mm high‑explosive artillery projectiles plus related non‑munitions support items and services; this legislation blocks that specific sale submitted under the Arms Export Control Act. The prohibition takes effect on enactment.
