Prohibits the U.S. from issuing a license amendment that would authorize a specific export of offensive munitions to Israel. The amendment described in Transmittal No. DDTC 24–052 would have allowed 15,500 additional JDAM tail kits and 615 additional Small Diameter Bomb (SDB) Increment I bombs for use by the Israeli Ministry of Defense. The prohibition takes effect on enactment and bars the Department of State/DDTC from approving that particular amendment.
