Exempts imported goods for small business concerns from any duties (tariffs) imposed under Executive Order 14257. "Small business concerns" uses the Small Business Act definition (15 U.S.C. 632), so qualifying small businesses would not pay those EO 14257 duties on goods they import or have imported for them.
