Terminates the national emergency declared on February 1, 2025 by Executive Order 14193 by using the authority in section 202 of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622). If enacted, the resolution would end the special statutory authorities and discretionary powers that federal agencies were exercising because of that declared emergency.
