Requires the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide comprehensive fertility care and related supports to eligible service members, certain family/partners, and enrolled veterans. The DoD must offer fertility treatment, counseling, fertility-preserving services, storage and care-coordination (including during moves), and must coordinate with the VA on cost-sharing and continuity. The VA must add fertility treatment, counseling, adoption assistance, and care-continuity supports for eligible veterans, conduct joint research with DoD and HHS, and issue regulations to implement these benefits within specified timelines.
