To defer part of the compensation of senior employees of large financial institutions (and their subsidiaries), to use such deferred amounts to pay any civil or criminal fines that may be levied on the institution (or subsidiary), and for other purposes.

To amend the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish the Local Foods for Healthy Schools Program.

To require the Corps of Engineers to carry out advanced planning for dredging activities in areas with known PFAS contamination, and for other purposes.
