Amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to create American dream accounts.
To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to align payment under Medicare for specified surgical procedures with high-cost supplies furnished in office-based facilities, and for other purposes.
Strengthen oversight, accountability, and recovery of Federal funds administered through State block grants and other pass-through mechanisms, and for other purposes.
To impose sanctions on foreign persons the President determines to have knowingly engaged in, facilitated, or benefitted from severe forms of trafficking in persons in connection with the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking enterprise or in connection with efforts to conceal, facilitate, finance, or profit from such enterprise.
