Requires the Comptroller General (head of GAO) to deliver a report to Congress on actions taken by the Department of Government Efficiency. The report must examine how those actions affect long‑term U.S. financial, public health, and safety interests and whether they complied with the Privacy Act and related laws.
The analysis must cover workforce reductions and changes to Federal programs. The report is due to Congress by December 31, 2025.
