Expands Medicare recognition and payment for services provided by doctors of chiropractic when those services are within the chiropractor’s State license. It changes Medicare law so these chiropractic services are treated like physicians’ services for payment, but limits Medicare payment unless the chiropractor has verified completion of a specified educational documentation webinar (or similar electronic product) or the service is manual spinal manipulation to correct a subluxation.
