Prohibits the proposed foreign military sale to the Government of the United Arab Emirates described in Transmittal No. 24–118. The prohibition covers CH‑47F Block II helicopters and the related engines, navigation/warning systems, radios, machine guns, and associated services listed in that transmittal.

The measure stops that specific Arms Export Control Act notification from proceeding as a congressional-authorized foreign military sale; it does not authorize any new spending or create additional programs.
