Providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed military sale to the Government of the United Arab Emirates of certain defense articles and services.

Prohibits a proposed U.S. foreign military sale of F‑16 aircraft components, spares, accessories, and related logistics and program support to the Government of the United Arab Emirates by blocking the specific transmittal submitted to Congress under the Arms Export Control Act. The resolution uses the statutory review process to bar that sale and prevent the Department of State and Defense from proceeding with the transaction described in Transmittal No. 25–25.
