Adopts a House resolution marking the 50th anniversary of Black April and the Fall of Saigon (April 30, 1975). It honors Vietnamese Americans and U.S. veterans, remembers those who died seeking freedom, reaffirms support for democracy and human rights (including in Vietnam), and encourages Americans to participate in commemorative events.
The resolution is ceremonial: it expresses recognition and values but does not create new programs, appropriate funds, or impose requirements on federal, state, or local governments.
