Authorizes two commemorative coin programs: one for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles and one for the 2034 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City. The bill sets coin types, metal/content and maximum mintages, design review and approval steps, sales windows limited to one-year periods beginning January 1, 2028 and January 1, 2034, pricing and surcharge rules, audit and reporting requirements, and directs surcharge proceeds to the respective Organizing Committees for hosting and legacy purposes after issuance costs are recovered. The Secretary of the Treasury must ensure the programs cause no net cost to the federal government.
