Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to deliver to the House of Representatives, within 14 days after the resolution is adopted, copies of records and communications about requests by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to access or copy data from the National Directory of New Hires and related systems. The materials requested include logs of access, how copies were handled and secured, legal advice about access, documentation of unusually large requests for confidential information, staff departures tied to these requests, and any DOGE attempts to access specified Social Security Act data.
