Creates a national program at the Library of Congress to develop and share accurate resources on the Armenian Genocide, train teachers (including a fellowship), help states and school districts add this content to curricula, and evaluate results. It also sets up a public website with best‑practice guidance and program updates.

Allows formal partnerships with eligible schools and education entities, accepts private donations through a dedicated Treasury gift account, requires an annual report to Congress starting in 2026, and authorizes $2 million per year for five years beginning in FY2026.
