Designates the week of September 22–28, 2025 as National Falls Prevention Awareness Week and expresses Congress’s support for efforts to reduce falls among older adults. The resolution highlights that many falls are preventable with evidence-based strategies (exercise, medication review, vision care, home modifications), recognizes the role of federal agencies and community groups, and encourages continued prevention activities and federal investment in proven programs.
